Why is it when the holiday season comes around we throw all our progress to the wind for a few days of indulgence?😓 Bali… what more can I say... I could go on about how great it was but that’s not why I'm here!

How to not die 🥳
Wow, that’s a hard one. Even though there’s a lot of variability towards this, you still see some fitspos and social media influencers telling you to push harder and harder and give everything you got in your trainings. ‘Go hard or go home’.
And then you also see others saying listen to your body, train as you feel, be mindful,..
Which one is right? Well, I would say both. Because it really depends on the context.
If you are well, and going to do a HIIT session, you don't need to die, no. But if you are aiming to improve your cardiovascular fitness though HIIT, you need to feel like you are about to, you have to give EVERYTHING YOU CAN. And some more. Sometimes.
It’s uncomfortable. It’s challenging. It’s hard. It’s supposed to be! And no matter how frustrated or scared you may feel, how many times you need to stop, With time you will be able to:
❤️Strengthen your heart and entire cardiovascular system
💙Increases how much oxygen is taken to your cells
💛Improve your resting heart rate, blood pressure and circulation
Yes, but not only that. It improves mental well being. Not only does it reduce stress levels and calms the mind but personally that rewarding feeling of accomplishment and winning, crossing your own boundaries is AMAZING.
I’m not saying that you should do these session everyday and like I said, this is quite taxing on the body and you should be mindful about it, but if you’re going to do it, then BE BRAVE. CHALLENGE YOURSELF EACH TIME MORE.
I do myself struggle while doing the @bodhiandride classes. It’s different, it’s something I’m not used to! And it’s a love hate situation- even though it’s hard, I try to challenge myself (a bit more or just a tiny bit more according to how I feel) but I try to make the most of my time!
Because that's the time when heroes are born 🦸♀️ happy Friday world 🌍
Google Fit: Now available on iOS with Apple watch support
Google Fit is a health and activity tracking application that Google has made it available for iOS. Before iOS version of Google Fit was launched there was no other way to get your fit data on iPhone than a special section of the wear OS app on the same.
Google Fit for iOS has a new feature called Journal which allows users to track their daily activities and shows the weekly progress. As Google Fit connects to Apple health it can collect and compare the data synced from other health apps such as Sleep Cycle, Nike Run Club or Headspace app. Google Fit can also be connected with the other third-party apps that are connected to the iPhone.
