I know this seems very obvious but in my line of work it’s an issue that causes so much upset and is a challenge for a lot of people.
Let’s break it down a little bit.
Logically speaking when someone shows us we’re not a priority to them it makes sense to conclude they too are not worthy of our investment, simply because there isn’t enough alignment for it to be a full hearted yes for BOTH people.
In a dating capacity (getting to know someone to see if there is enough alignment for a relationship), when someone treats you casually (aka like you’re an option among many that they don’t feel all that inspired to lean into) let that be the first and only indicator to complete that connection.
Ya it’s a blow to the ego. It stings when someone isn’t into you if you’re into them.
But their lack of interest isn’t an invitation to self-abandon in attempt to gain the approval they’re never going to give.
You can’t manipulate someone into loving you.
So if they are a no, let it be a no.
The sooner you let go and allow reality to guide you, the closer you get to people who you’re a no brainer yes to.
The tricky thing about this whole situation is that our unhealed wounds can hijack and override logic and throw us into a trance rooted in old emotional wounding patterns.
Within these old patterns of relating are old self-limiting beliefs which are reinforced through our choices when we keep chasing and trying to choose people who aren’t able, willing or interested in turning towards you and meeting you fully.
The ego trance convinces us that if somehow we can magically turn their opinion of us around, it will finally be the situation or relationship that confirms our worth and value. However this game actually erodes your sense of self worth and compromises the way you embody your true god given value.
Unhooking from these toxic patterns takes solid effort- which is why most people don’t actually shift.
We need to combine relational education, with guidance from a trusted advisor, with new actions to transform old habits and integrate a new expansive self-image.

В этот момент мне искренне жалко и больно за их сердечно- сосудистую систему, колени и моральные страдания. Мало того что эта активность не приносит людям радость, так ещё и наносит вред.
Для безопасного, грамотного и осознанного тренинга стоит придерживаться следующей схеме:
1. Суставная разминка (дома перед выходом или дойдя до парка)
2. Разминка - прогулка или лёгкий бег в течении 10-20 мин
3. Растяжка - упражнения на растяжение мышц (шпагат, махи, наклоны и тп)
4. Основная работа (кросс, ускорения, интервальный бег)
5. Заминка - на выравнивание дыхания (ходьба или лёгкий бег в течении 5 мин)
6. Упражнения на укрепление глобальных и/или локальных мышц (присед, отжимания, берпи и многие др.) .

We all know sleep matters but how can we fix the quality of it?
I am recently struggling with my sleep quality. Being a nurse is not helping nor all this night shifts.
I can see clearly see how it influences my nutrition, exercise routine and mood.
According to the @sleepfoundation in adulthood we need about 7-9h sleep per night.
Here are some tips I've tried that really make a difference even in myself that has the most deregulated sleep pattern you can imagine.
🥛Going to bed mildly dehydrated can disrupt your sleep. Your mouth and nasal pasages become dry, setting you up for sleep disruption like snoring or in severe cases nake sleep apnea worse.
Hydration plays a big role in other body functions but lets say if we count food and water women shluld have around daily 2600ml and men 3600ml.
☕ Stop caffeinated drinks within 4-6h of bedtime.
⏰ I can do this do to my profession but setting a bedtime routine it is priven that helps to "set the tone" for a peaceful night sleep. Stop stressful activities and take a bath, read a book and unwind. Try to go to bed around the same time every night, following a consistent schedule will make your body adjust to his circadian rhythm.
📴 Avoid blue light electronics. This light is proven to make your brain more active. 1h before bed stop the mindless scrolling in your phone or that episode on Netflix, just go to bed a read a book or
🧘♀️Practice some Minutes of Mindfulness practice. Use your own breathing and relax, allow your mind to calm down that voice, focusing on your breathing deeply.
🌡️Set your room to a low temperature. The @sleepfoundation recommends 15-19C according to them it helps the body to drift off. 📇 I found it useful to track my sleep using my @bellabeat. For example I found out that I sleep more in deep sleep and feel more rested when I exercise. You can use a smart watch or an App the options are endless.

LASTCOMP📋Goal: Aim for improvement/strength in the Gluteal Fold Region.
📕Outcome: Small minute gluteal fold strength, as displayed in these photos (photo1) same pose, same photographer @jelita_magic_photography No photoshop, just 1 year later with heavy squats & deadlifts.
♥️WARNING: These gluteal fold photos are extremely challenging for me to post; however I wanted to show the formulation that @joshmassive & I implemented to obtain this ever so small improvement. 📌My previous supporting liftingcoach @reformstrength had moved gyms so I asked @joshmassive if he would support me in my goal: “to improve the fold region via heavy squats & mostly sumo deadlifts”. He stated he would support me & yes improvements could be made, however I would require to add in a lot more isolation glute work & glute thrusts & bridges as recommended by the cutting edge research of @bretcontreras1 & @bradschoenfeldphd .
📌I stated to Josh I respected, studied, & read the research for years & would like to implement more volume & glute focused days, however I knew if I did, I would have to compromise my bench strength, calisthenics, running & tennis Training. I exclaimed to him that I was willing to dedicate 1 day to squats & another to deadlifts & focus on getting stronger but in turn focus on the mind:muscle connection & squeezing as hard as I humanly can. I focused on intensity as opposed to volume. That’s all I could do, because I would physically burn out if I added more into my training.
📌More improvements could have possibly been made, however with my training style I am thankful with the outcome. In the midst of this I benched 57.5kg, deadlifted 142.5kg & did 22 Full Range Chin UPs & hit 90kg squats weighing in at 57kg & 12% body fat all within 1-2 weeks of my comp. Am running faster & hitting a harder tennis ball. This was exactly what I was aiming for. All round performance PB’s before hitting stage again. As I expressed in my previous “competing post” swipe to see ↔️ if I want to compete again I have to dedicate time to isolation & glute training. It’s about dedication, desire & commitment, this needs to be authentic & intrinsic. I can’t rush that process.

Getting back on track after vacation isn’t easy but it’s worth it! The first few days suck but once you’re back in you’ll be feeling soooo much better. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ll tell you I enjoyed a lot of wine, chocolate, and one too many snacks on the road but I don’t feel one bit of guilt about it. I enjoyed the heck out of every moment and that is freeing! I’m still in love with me even if I did gain a little fluff. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I used to stress the f out every time I’d get back from a vacation. I’d literally restrict all food and workout like a crazy person! Because let’s be honest I was, crazy! Now I just jump back into what I was doing before, eating like I was (hi food freedom), working out 30 mins a day & my personal dev. I’m not beating up my body for enjoying my vacation or drinking one too many glasses of wine. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A plate of everything. Normally when I dined at someone’s house I have tons of anxiety with what they’re having, how it’s made and what’s in it. Today my challenge knowing that I was going out with a friend for a family dinner was to go in with an open mind. It was to eat what they serve for once and not bring anything special or have anything cooked specifically for me. I wanted to challenge myself to adapt to life! For the first time in my life I enjoyed myself. I felt normal. I felt like I was not standing out. Setting goals for yourself each day is something that we should all do. Because the best feeling in the world is when you can actually accomplish them and prove how much stronger you are than you believe. It’s so scary to let go of control especially when you deal with food and body issues, but you have to realize that the control is not getting you anywhere. It drives you crazy and causes anxiety.
