From July to yesterday. I swear I just was ready to accept that I would always look that way. I went to the gym, I chamged my eating habits. Diets after diets nothing was effing working. Freaking finally I found something that worked for my body. Everyone is different. What works for one person may not work for you, but if I can do this you sure as hell can too.
An early face-to-face Friday. I have few photos of me at my highest weight. I did everything I could to avoid being seen. I found this (pretty terrible quality) photo of me in the 330s in April of 2014 that I had forgotten was on social media. ✨
I am working so hard for the version of me on the left who couldn't imagine how strong she could be mentally and physically. ✨

É uma foto giga da minha família no Natal que fica na parede na casa dos meus pais. Imagina quando meus amigos - quando meu crush! - vieram em casa e viram?!. Eu escondia a foto no meu quarto depois que eles tiraram uma foto e mandaram pra a turma da escola.... Hoje eu olho e fico rindo, e fico feliz em ver quanto eu era uma criança feliz! Que mesmo daquele jeito, eu emitia felicidade. Os anos depois desta foto não foram fáceis e algumas pessoas tentaram apagar esta luz por causa da minha aparência. Mas estou muito grata por ter passado por isso. Me ensinou empatia, compaixão, a ter uma casca dura e ser forte. Quando me sinto mal hoje, gosto de olhar essa foto. It's been a while since I lifted anything. My little break undid all of my strength and endurance progress but I can get all those again.
To the ladies out there, yaaas mesh is sexy on gym gear but when your thighs are big (like mine), clap (like mine) and rub together (like mine). Try not to get the pants with mesh that goes all the way around the thigh. It... makes sounds. Lol riiiiikkkaaarikkkkaaarik..Everytime I walked it sounded like I was scratching records. Ha ha ha I asked the custodian to make the music louder. Looooooooooool

1. I am 29 years old.
2. I am a mom to a 7 year old boy.
3. This past year I got married and also bought my first home.
4. I started keto because one of my best friends pushed me to just give it a go and helped me stay on track. (Thank you! Lol)
5. We just got our first puppy! His name is Hendrix.
6. Tacos are my favourite food. I could eat them for every meal.
7. I hate metal utensils. I would rather use a plastic fork or spoon. (Something about the metal on my teeth. 😂)
8. My favourite colour is black. I am usually wearing all black as well. Lol
9. Musically I like metal, old school rap and indie/folk.
10. I hate mushrooms. They are the least appealing thing to me EVER. yuck. 🤢
11. I am extremely silly. I love to be weird. My very best friends know this.... because they are also weirdos. 😆
12. I love to read books. I used to only be into serial killer/true crime, but I have branched out into thrillers and horror novels lately.

I am so glad I didn’t get rid of these pictures. I have a ton of before pictures but they don’t look any different from each other!
I remember this picture specifically. It’s the first time I decided to work out. The leggings fit tight, the shirt wasn’t as flowy as it should be. I made sure to roll the leggings down below my belly because they actually made me look much better when they were pulled all the way up. I’m glad I rolled them down!
Today, I’m wearing the exact same outfit, rolled down and all. You can see the difference even though it’s only a 10lb difference!
I am SO glad I didn’t give up this time. I’m so glad I stuck to my diet, and most recently, stuck to my gym routine. While I’m not losing much weight according to the scale, I am obviously losing fat and inches! I never thought I would get rid of my mom belly and my extreme love handles! Slowly but surely they’re going away 😊

Feeling so good today, even tho I ate two donuts (whoops?). I don’t regret it though because I crushed my leg day! 🦵
Vacation for me is a little over 6 weeks away, and I’m so excited to see the transformation (both physical and mental). .
I haven’t felt the need to binge in over 2.5 weeks now, which HONESTLY is a transformation in and of itself! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

In honor of Niosa college night tonight. Whole fit by @jed_north. I actually bought this shirt months ago and it’s been in my closet bc it didn’t fit lol. This is a marathon with no finish line so enjoy the fuck out of the race. #75Hard
