What a difference 9 days makes. When I first rode this session I struggled to hold both the cadence and power on the final 3 intervals. This time round I maintained a good cadence of 90-95 rpm throughout and the power remainder much more consistent throughout the intervals. This is phase 1 of the Sleep Low set. No carbs this evening and a run 1st thing tomorrow. ————————————————————————————

My favourite thing is to explore new places...and even though Dorset is an area I grew up in....when you are on 2 wheels with no fixed route in mind....there are always new discoveries 💚💚 .
I found the most epic house...like vision board material with stunning harbour views and a vibrant sunset to give me all the high vibe in the moment feels...and literally 200m down the road a super cool camping and caravan site...both of which will be added to the list!! I value experience over 'things' so appreciate what both 'homes' have to offer. ❤️❤️

#tbt We have fun swimming, biking & running. This picture was a quick little getaway the two of us took down to St George awhile ago. Hands down my favorite person to have by my side. He sure makes life fun and is such a good sport for all the pictures I wanna take! .
On a different note, do you guys know how awesome swimming is for you? It improves your cardiovascular system without the impact on your body. All my runner friends...it can help you become a more fit runner but without running as many miles. And I believe it helps my body recover from biking and running. I know it helps with blood flow which aids recovery. .
If you weren’t “raised” a swimmer I am proof all you have to do is start. The swim is usually what holds most of us back from triathlon. The first time I set out to learn to swim, @heathtris watched me and politely said after, “I hope I never see that again.” My swim was pretty bad. It was basically not drowning. From there the next few sessions were focused on just learning to float with my face in the water. Yep...it was that bad. Then we eventually moved to the stroke. I am still learning, growing and changing as a swimmer BUT I show up and learn as I go! If you want to do a Tri...don’t let anything stop you. Just START. Just TRY. And then KEEP trying! .

5ый день. Сегодня утром беговая тренировка на 12км. Вечером 10км размять ноги на велике. Решила побольше отдохнуть, завтра планирую самую сложную вело тренировку. Но только планирую🤣 будем смотреть по ситуации. По прогнозу, будет достаточно жарко. Ехать 4 часа по горам под палящим солнцем, так себе удовольствие. Ребята сегодня даже обгорели.
Все спрашивают чем мы тут вечерами занимаемся. Да ничем😂. Спать ложимся рано. После таких тренировок очень устаёшь. Иногда ходим на набережную и до магазина, вчера все вместе фильм посмотрели. Много достопримечательностей закрыто. Не сезон еще.
Да, с точки зрения отдыха и развлечений отпуск у меня совсем не интересный. Но я на это и не расчитывала...🚴♀️🏃♀️
