Early morning grind! I let my body rest yesterday due to an extremely long Tuesday but it was balls to the wall today! Rest and recovery are crucial for your body to repair and build. I'm absolutely loving this flavor of KEYS recovery by @blackmagic.supply. great taste and proper aminos that expedite my recovery so I can stay after it. Finally able to push more on this workout. Listening to the physical therapist helped.
Take it easy and listening to my body at the start the year to be ready for August.

Someone was NOT feeling the gym yesterday! Too bad she can't take pre workout supposed! Even tho she wasn't in it and resiting, we pushed through and got shit done! All I had to do was but a chicken coop and feed her, then she was happy. @mackeyash
3rd race in 7 days. The rockiest 15k trail race I've ever done...and I chose not to put my rock plates in my @altrarunning superiors 🤦♂️🤦♂️ 3rd place age group 0-29 and 13th overall. Not bad for tired legs and 1300 feet of elevation gain
