Simple but effective when players work together.
Player with ball becomes the playmaker as they attack with eyes up to read the floor and make a quick pass off the dribble once they attract the help defense.
The shooter spaces to the open spot within direct sight of the playmaker, low, and with hands ready to shoot. #BEDIFFERENT
🔥The BOSU Ball is often seen as a tool for functional strength and balance training. However, if you already have one, it can also be a great place to work on spinal mobility – particularly in the mid back where many of us are stiff from daily activities like sitting at a desk or driving. 🔥When we have mid back stiffness, we are more likely to experience neck and low back pain as well as difficulty performing exercises like overhead squats and deadlifts.

I actually aced a course in college called Kin 110: Human Performance & Nutrition. [Shout out to @umass & Dr. Barry Braun!!] Then I went on to TA it for both semesters of my junior year. Repeating the content 3x was the opposite of boring because I was so fascinated by it. Needless to say this subject is my jam!
Though I’ve been well-educated on the subject since 2011/2012, you may have noticed that I’ve never offered my clients & followers more than general nutrition advice. Why? Because a course for my degree does NOT = qualification to plan people’s meals for them. In fact, this very certificate doesn’t even qualify me to write meal plans! It qualifies me to provide guidance - to run some numbers - to take the info you give me about your body, your fueling habits & your energy levels & experiment with making specific tweaks until we find your sweet spot for getting results.
BEWARE of people who lack any combination of the following: education, qualifications, clear boundaries on their scope of practice (what they’re willing to give you advice about) & a value of continuing education (because it’s important to stay up-to-date). This industry, like most others, requires diligence on the consumer’s end. Make sure you’re receiving info & advice from people who are qualified to give it.
I do intend to start offering more *guidance* in #nutrition though! Definitely NOT writing meal plans, but I have a few ideas. What kind of guidance would you like to see me offer?!
