Sunk costs are costs that can not be recovered.
I.e., you are stuck with them and you money has been wasted.
Suppose you buy a super fancy and expensive bike with multiple features thinking that you will be exercising at home instead of going to the gym.
But you end up barely using it because you still like gym more. Plus you can never find motivation to force yourself exercise at home.
If so, this bike has become your big SUNK COST that takes space and collects dust.

These past couples of weeks have been intense and stressful, and it seems like everyone I know is feeling it too!
This week, Monday felt like two days instead of one. Then yesterday was the kind of Tuesday that felt like it should be a Thursday, and today is the kind of Wednesday that feels like it should be a Friday.
But I still have a boatload of things to get done before Friday and how am I going to get it all done when it's already Wednesday???
Ahh time to take a deep breath and try to remind myself that, depending on my reaction, the most challenging days often reveal themselves to have been the most rewarding in retrospect all I have to do is make it to the other side. Trying to live in the perspective of gratitude rather than after! 💪🏼 We are all in this together!
Does today feel like a Wednesday or a Friday to you? 🤪
