Jesse (and Facebook 😉 ) reminded me today that it was on this day 2 years ago we were getting ready to head to the airport to go get married 😍. This picture just reminds me how much has changed in just 2 short years and I am oh so grateful.

My shoulders are on FIRE! I used to think that to get in shape, lose weight, or build muscle you had to spend hours in the gym. So I used to try to spend hours every week in the gym and beat myself up in cardio and some sort of weightlifting or calisthenics.
As a working woman in my 20s still trying to figure out this whole adulting thing, the work and life balance can be super hard! Let alone the work, life, and gym balance. Ain’t nobody got time to spend hours in the gym. That’s why I fell in love with these programs, each one is about 20 to 40 minutes per workout. 🙌🏻 That’s definitely something I can get on board with! These programs still kick my butt (hence the picture above), I’m still sore the next day, and I can see results in about half the time I used to spend at the gym. And I can do them anywhere!
