Happy Thursday🥰 this is from last week but o well. I’m doing 180 for 3x3 here. Gonna be going away next week so I can’t do my normal lifts and won’t be able eat as many calories as I usually do which sux buut I just gotta relax and enjoy my time off. Pulled a muscle in my chest last Thursday and have been hurting ever since. The last two days I’ve taken the days off. Always make sure you rest your body! You don’t need to overwork your body!! Take time for your body to heal.

Try this Ab Workout the next time you want to train core!! 💪👌👌👊👊
1. Weight Pull Up to Knee Raise till failure.
2. Weighed Leg Raises till failure
3. Cable Crunches with Rope till failure. Really focusing on contraction and squeezing.
4. (Not in video) Seated Ab Crunches till failure
5. (Not in video) Ab wheel roll out till failure!
No break in between sets and run that circuit 3 times! •

I like to do both post contents on developing my athletes / clients and also contents of myself getting challenged.
Challenging yourself make you a better trainer and creates growth ‼️ I’d like to give a huge s/o @hecostix for providing such unique tool that helps athletes improve their Hand , Eye and coordination 🤚🏽 👀 ⏳
