Another Saturday on my way to work but happier than normal, no much sleep but full of energy

I carry my Afresh everywhere I go. Instead of having tea or coffee with milk and sugar which are of high calories, I prefer replacing them with my afresh. It helps in loosening the fats in your body and helps calorie burning happen faster when you workout immediately after having it. Also, it is loaded with antioxidant properties 😊

Flashback to 7 months ago.
Before I started believing in myself and taking care of ME not just everyone else! .
A lot can change when you spend 20-30mins exercising at home while you’re kids are running around playing. .
A lot can change when you are mindful of what you’re feeding yourself. .
A lot can change when you know you aren’t happy being unhealthy and you decide to make a change. .
I haven’t changed anything drastically. Just focused a little more on ME and put some effort in. I love feeing better and looking better too!
I bought a new outfit today and actually felt good about the way I looked. I felt comfortable in my own skin...That to me is all worth it.
Not to mention how much my mind has changed. When you care about your health SO much more positive changes come along with it! 💃

.Happy FRIYAY!!! NOT gonna lie a bit but I was/am completely unmotivated tonight and I believe is has everything to do with eating before the gym tonight (nieces bday dinner), feeling drained, sluggish and blahhhh not to mention feeling like I'm gonna vomit from eating a little too.much at dinner!
But it is the last workout of the week and then, 3 DAY WEEKEND!!! 😍😍😍 GUYS I honestly couldn't tell.you the last time I had an actual 3 day weekend!!!! Off from ALL JOBS! and I'm BEYOND EXCITED!!! Its Memorial Day weekend and 500 weekend! Who's watching the race?!

We have 4 more pool therapy sessions left. Then we will be done for 3 months. Jill, his physical therapist, is going to give me some pool exercises for him when we go to the pool this summer. This has motivated me to get back into a swimsuit. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Watch out!! 😉

Working out is very similar to life. We won’t ever achieve the results we want if we keep quitting before we give it time to manifest.. stay focused and keep grindin!
It’s great to be with fam, but I still gotta get those workouts in. If anyone wants to try this, I did about 1:00 of jump rope superset with these exercises. Do 8-10 reps, 3 times through for each. ♥️🙌💪

Sometimes it's difficult to get everything done in 1 day that you set out to accomplish. In these moments that go awry Do your best not to judge yourself to harshly. Stop disparaging your efforts. What you did accomplish #matters and you are #amazing as long as you work towards a goal and stay accountable. In my posh buisness I've noticed how easy it is to lose track of my goals and to get down on myself. So recently I have decided to have #minigoals and #Staypositive instead of devaluing my #selfworth I throw away negative disparaging inner self talk and instead recognize my #accomplishments My steps
☝️1. Remember my 'Why'. Remind myself of my Main goal with sticky notes or inspirational quotes. Keep reminders front and center. 🤞2. Find an accountability partner. A reselling buddy can be a positive supporter. (It's ok to veer in moderation but #stayconsistent#stayaccountable )
🤟3. Track your progress. Write down monthly 💰 goals. Budgeting out our time is just as important. What you are doing to achieve it your goals?
👊4. Plan & Prep: Make a #planofaction . A schedule can help to stay #motivated

Another great week. Managed to do and finalize everything planed. It got a bit busy but I still had lots of time for training and a couple of unforeseen matters. Nice flow at the moment. I wish you all a great weekend.

Who doesn’t love the weekend? Chill, party, eat out or whatever 🎉
What I see too many people do is work really hard in the gym and on their nutrition from monday till friday, but go crazy on the weekend as a ‘reward’ for their hard work. This is NOT the way to go if you want to lose fat and gain muscle consistently🙀
Eating clean for 5 days and then eating junkfood for 2 days is not a balanced diet. In stead, try rewarding yourself with small things throughout the week. Throwing all your hard work away in just two days is such a waste! 🧐
Ofcourse you should allow yourself to have a drink or two during a party. I’m not saying you should restrict yourself of anything. On the contrary, I’m saying you can have ANYTHING you like. But remember; “Anything can be (un)healthy for you, as long as it’s the correct dose.” 🥦
The way I make sure I’m eating whatever I like is by tracking everything I eat. This way I’m certain of how many calories, carbs, protein and fats I’m eating. I also like to live by the 80/20 rule (80% non-processed/20% processed foods). If you want a more detailed post on how I do this, comment ‘🍔’ down below! 👌🏽
