Absolutely clamming tonight now I remember why I'm best sharing my calories out equally over my meals as opposed to eating half a days worth at breakfast! Anyway I had the rest of my subway salad I couldn't eat it all at lunchtime after such a filling breakfast with two @aldi koftas (5% one if only half a syn and I'm guessing the other would be 1syn very low cal) I'll be honest both were shiiiite 👎 I'll stick to making my own in future even thou it's messy af. Let’s talk Slimming World - Healthy Eating while pregnant✌🏼
Firstly, I’ve followed slimming world since Nov 2015 shortly after my son was and I piled on a huge amount of weight - I’m a super proud of my little journey and all the different paths I’ve taken along the years. Yesssss I’ve struggled, I’ve cried, I’ve lost a loved one, I’ve gained, I’ve got certificates up to 5 stone loss, I’ve gained again, I’ve been a target member and I’ve quite happily smashed through these 8 months of pregnancy so far following this plan roughly 80-90%
Most importantly I have NEVER quit.
Like @fopperholic has mentioned today, This is 100% not a diet for me anymore, this is a complete lifestyle change 🙌🏼 I have taught myself how to eat properly and become a better healthier person for me and my little family ❤️
You CAN be happy, healthy and pregnant ✨
Snack: 170g tub fat free yogurt - mix in @myproteinuk toffee drops for theee nicest toffee yogurt 🤤 & 125g blueberries. .
Lunch: DIY Nando’s; 150g chicken thigh (so juicy), your choice of veggies, 1/2 packet of microwave rice & 20g perinaise. .
Dinner: Spag bol 🍝; 135g lean 5% fat mince (150g quorn mince if reducing meat), 250g of Dolmio no added sugar sauce (finely chopping lots of veggies to add to the sauce is a great sneaky way to get more veg in), 75g uncooked weight of wholewheat pasta & 20g cheese of choice. . .
Snack/pwo: Apple mini soreen loaf- HEATED (game changer).
