I woke up and really opened my eyes. And with the lense of gratitude I saw my life through the chances I have everyday to be the best version of who I’m becoming - because I get to change the lives of others for their best selves. I’m a Head Cheer Competitive Coach. I’m a proven by client testimonials as a physical transformation expert and premier personal trainer in Chicagoland. I’m college educated. Well traveled. I have a loving healthy supportive family and friends and some of whom are clients. I dropped looking at my life from the lense of what I “don’t” have. I stopped looking at my life through the lense of my “problems”. Doing this made even a snowy day in Chicago seem like sunshine. I have everything I need in this moment, one day at a time. Ok now working off the awards dinner and dessert lol! .
I get a lot of questions in my DM‘s about my workouts and I very rarely share much because I am no fitness guru and I’m definitely not an IG fitness model but here is a little of what I did today. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill on the highest incline at a casual pace and then I did several glute and leg exercises. One of my favorites is the single leg press.
All the exercises I did today:
*single leg press 4x12x40 pounds each leg
*calve press 3x50x140 (oh the burn!)
*single leg lying curl 4x10x30 each leg *lying leg curls 4x8x60
