This morning’s turbo session was powered by a pre-ride coconut oil espresso and some classic 80’s American power ballads! .
“I can climb the highest mountain, cross the widest sea
I can feel St. Elmo's fire burning in me, burning in me
Just once in his life a man has his time
And my time is now I'm comin' alive”

Being an entrepreneur can be a blessing or a curse to some. I'm learning to flow with the cycles of energy spiraling through me at dizzying speed through recognizing the shift. 💫
At times my creativity is overflowing and its difficult to put work down. During these times balance is crucial but I often let some other area suffer because I'm truly in the zone with my creativity. Have you experienced this in your own life? .
This weekend was a busy one for many of our team and our coached athletes. Some great early season performances and much reason to be optimistic about the months ahead. 🏅 Claire was in Australia, racing Challenge Melbourne 70.3. Despite a buckled wheel and the loss of three spokes shortly after the start of the bike (which, we worked out, cost her 4kph), Claire fought on and produced some of her best power numbers, before running a strong 1.34 half marathon to finish. 🏅 Jayson traveled to the US, and was racing Ironman Florida 70.3. Despite some mechanical issues with his race bike (meaning he had to ride his road bike for the race), and some cramping in the heat of the run, Jayson produced a strong PB performance. 🏅 Anton & Tom both ran the Paris Marathon, and both smashed their goals with a 3.03 and a 4.10 respectively. 🏅 Amanda produced some outstanding power numbers on the chilly bike leg of the Boundary Park Triathlon, before an ankle injury sustained during race week forced her withdrawal midway through the run. 🏅 Andrew & Angela opened their season with the West Lancs Sprint Triathlon. Andrew produced a PB performance, finishing off the race with his fastest 5k of the year! Angela had a bit of a problem counting on the bike leg (or maybe just loved riding her new bike so much!), and managed to do an extra lap, before brushing off the error and charging home with a really strong 5k run. 🏅 Angela raced in the sprint duathlon in Stockton in Tees. A controlled first 5k run, followed by a super strong bike leg and then a fast, final 3k run saw her beat her previous PB by more than 10 minutes! 🏅 Chris raced well at the Battlefield Duathlon - a 20k run, 76k bike, 10k run - coming home in 8th position!
