So went for a quick before dinner ride and took a peak in the local MEC store. But thought I’d share something @sean_sako shared a few days ago one of the many reasons I’ve really not budged from @lookcycle why settle for less right? Get something good take care of it and will bring you much joy. In the past year or so I’ve kinda dove head first into this. May have got a little overboard but it’s my passion sure I’m not the fastest or huge climber or long distance rider. But I do my best to get out as often as I can. It’s helped me get through some things these past few years and also met some awesome people in the journey. Some bad influences 😂. But hey it helps me a lot. Some local people here and have the opportunity to chat with some cyclists around the world. Always encouraging and pushing to get better and better myself. #look765#lookkeoblade@garmin@kedgebike@girocycling#prosolitude@ryderseyewear Must say without cycling these past few years going through some personal stuff loosing both mom and dad my life could have gone down a bad path. But now I’m clipped in and free. Something about hearing those shoes clip in the pedals and putting on the tunes and being out there on the road.

The dust and dirt, blind us slowly.
But give a hint of a view to make it feel alright.
And though it hurts, we keep on climbing.
Beause our addictions take us from inside.
You’re born, you take shit
get out in the world, you take more shit
climb a little higher, take less shit.
till one day you're in the rarefied atmosphere and you’ve forgotten what shit even looks like.
Welcome to life

I usually don't buy translations if I can read the book on the original language.
But I wanted to have a book in my hands not a tablet ;)
About the "urge" for solitude. The lack of fear of being alone. The sillyness of society.
The author also adds valuable studies and information about neurosciences.
Sur le besoin violent de solitude. Le manque de peur d'être seul. L'intolérance à une société débile (folle).
L'auteur a ajouté des inforlations de contextualisation et de neurosciences fort à propos.
Social media is a great tool, but be careful of taking things at face value! Don’t just look at things that you see on the surface, try to look beneath. Also ask yourself this question, is this real?
Seriously we need to put down our phones, and embrace what is real. Today, I stopped on the side of the road, in a place called Sea Point which is in Cape Town, South Africa. I stopped to watch the ocean move and it was moving in such an awesome and massive way... I was looking at nature and all that it is, and what it is was and will remain is real and...I was smiling ~ stay true and keep it real ~ @sean_sako
