Would you believe that this shot is in the dead of night? Moonrise was so bright that we walked back to the car without a flashlight.

This grin is about to get less toothier. I’m finally coming to terms that I will have to lay my wisdom teeth to rest. But in the meantime I’m going to eat all the food food I can before I go on a liquid diet and look like a chipmunk. 🐿
Books. I love them. Currently on my reading list (because I can’t be reading only one book at a time):
📖 The Natural History of Love (a must read for those diving into roots of how our culture and society embraced and cultivated ideas surrounding love & sex)
📕 The Body Deva-more of a workbook but if you are looking to address the spiritual root of your issues (past lives, utero, fears etc)- this is a MUST have! Not to mention I recommend it to all of my clients. .
📕May Cause Miracles- I waited too long to read @gabbybernstein and love her easy approach to mindfulness and addressing fear. .
Fellow book lovers, what pages are you diving into?

Note to self; don’t leave your tripod in the car when going on a new hike 🤷🏻♂️

The unquestioned highlight of my trip to Olympic National Park was coming across this mama black bear and her two half grown cubs on a remote beach. We were able to retreat out onto the rocks so they could move freely down the sand, foraging in beached kelp on the way, and we watched them for nearly a half hour. The cubs were a little concerned about us but mama could tell we were no threat and mostly ignored us, leaving us free to take a million photos and videos. Virtually the ideal bear encounter. #wildlifewednesday
If you thought the waterfall was amazing, the immense smell of wild berries the entire trail had it beat 👃🏻

I’ve been making it a conscious effort to clear out photos from my phone simply because I spend a lot of time revisiting them, and keeping a purged folder gets me hyped up to take new pictures and explore more (while my old photos are nice and safe on a cloud). It helps me stay present, as odd as it is. I’ve been running into photos that I edited but never posted, so why not post them now? I don’t even remember which hike this was from, but it’s pretty and green. 🌲
How about a Mid-Week Pick Me Up! Swipe Over for a cuteness overload.. Trust Me!
Do you have a goodboy or goodgirl you love to explore with too? What's their name?
🔹All the great spiritual teachers say if you cannot just be in harmony where you are right now, a vacation, a faster car, a better lover, an amount of money won’t change anything but eventual status quo, we are always so ready to be disappointed!🔹What if you’re okay -right now!?- Are you going somewhere or are you already there? Be here now. #wednesdaywisdom
