Train As A God.
Things are about to get real. Whenever I bench my wrists always hyperextend backwards no matter how hard I try and keep them straight. These will help me do just that. With properly stacked joints I'll be in a much stronger position and be able to bench better than ever.
I hope everyone was able to make it to the gym today! I have some new videos coming soon. I'm working on better camera angles since I do all my recording myself for now. I'm also working on my editing skills for clearer videos. Well anyway always remember why you go so hard in the gym, at work, or whatever it is that you do. No retreat, No surrender. Train hard, Train smart.
When your body tries to tell you that you are done, you tell your body who is boss!
Many years of dance has given me a back that most older women would be ashamed of, but everyday I get up and I fight back!
You are not done! You are not too old! You are not out of this!
A glance into this mornings Simple Tea Meditation Practice;
While preparing a cup of Milk Thistle and boiling the water for my tea, I count my blessings for the clean drinking water available so easily to me to enjoy my tea everyday.
As I pour the water over the loose leaf and cover to steep, I continue to count my blessings and mentally list what would make today great.
Once my tea steeped, I consciously hold the tea in my two hands and say thank you to God for giving me the tongue to taste this tea, the nose to smell this tea, the eyes to see this tea and the wisdom to appreciate the healing properties of the herb in my tea.
Drinking my tea, I am paying attention to each sip, feeling the warmth throughout my body, I am grateful for drinking Milk Thistle available to us that is a great antioxidant and so helpful to the liver and gallbladder. Each sip, a part of my body is digesting and utilizing the herb and water wherever it is needed.
In these very few moments, I am thankful for this simple act that helps bring me a healthy mindset each day which I can do right in my home or office.
This is my morning meditation practice, and because it is so simple, it can be practiced anywhere anytime of the day. .
Healing & nourishing herbs in your cup of tea while practicing gratitude and being mindful with each sip can help build the body and mind to a happier state. .
