My favorite thing to do is get a pretty bland pre made salad at the grocery store and add my own stuff to it at home!!! It’s quick, easy, and allows me to change up my meals during the week since I can just change what I add to it!

It’s not ‘bad’. It’s overuse: too much, too soon, with too little training. 🤕
Get yourself to a physio. 💪🏼
Moderate your training. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🚴♀️🚴♀️🚴♀️
And get back out there. Gradually. It’s not a quick fix but I promise you it works!

I use to say this to my friends all the time. I remember so many social engagements that I didn’t go to because my weight loss programs took priority over everything.🤦♀️
I couldn’t eat out with my friends because I didn’t think the food would be acceptable for my diet
I didn’t have time for social engagements because I had to rush home after work each day to do my work out😑
I had no idea that one of the benefits of letting go of dieting would be freeing up so much space in my life, both mental, and literally.🤯
Have you found yourself missing out on social activities because all your time is spent planning out your meals, cooking your meals, and fitting in workouts?🏋️♀️
Work on creating balance in your life. Decide what is most important to you and make sure to prioritize those things.❤
There is nothing wrong with prioritizing working out and eating healthy above all else if that is what truly feels good for you.🤷♀️
For me, I learned that connection and laughter with friends brought me much more happiness than pursuing a body that felt unattainable. I was chasing after a body that I thought would bring me love without realizing I already had all the love I needed.🥰
At the end of the day, you are the master of your own destiny and you get to decide what you put your energy into. Look at where the root of your decisions are coming from and choose what feels most nourishing for YOU.💝

Gym mornings with him are my favorite. He pushed me so hard on all the weights and while I give him a hard time, I secretly love it. .
My glucose was 96, higher than yesterday, which signals that my body is making its own sugars because it still needs to adjust.
My pH was 6.25, still on the acidic side. This shows how much I’ve accumulated since my last cleaning.
My weight was 132... I’ll take it, but a smidge of that is probably initial muscle loss due to my body making its own sugar. So, I know I will need to do more bodyweight exercises to rebuild what my body broke down.
I missed food today. I ate zero solid foods, only having my coffee in the morning (yeah, it’s acidic), spring water, lime water, green juice, and veggie broth. But, I can see what I enjoy in food and it allows me to explore the emotional hold it has on me. Food is just food. It’s there to nourish the body. My mind hasn’t been thinking about it that way. It’s all about textures and satisfaction. Reminding myself that food is medicine has helped me not cave. I’m not really missing anything.
My kidney pain cleared up, my energy was better, in fact I did yoga because I felt good and flew through the routine, no shaking, and I had a detox headache off and on again today.
I’m starting to see why 3 days isn’t quite long enough to reap the benefits of the healing. It takes that long just to adjust! To let go of addictive tendencies!

I know practitioners that won’t work with anyone who won’t fast. Sometimes, you don’t have the luxury of time and you do it to save your own life. For most of us, we wait until time is running out.
I will never force anyone to do something they feel is not in their best interest. Of course, that feeling is a subconscious perception on their part. But, as in my case, there does come a point when you are ready. When that happens, fasting in a safe manner is vital.
Start with an eating window. Actually schedule your hours of eating. After that becomes second nature, narrow your eating window by another couple of hours. Eat nutrient dense foods! This is very important! ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Guys! My favorite part about this is the food! There’s so many options AND It doesn’t cut out ANY food groups. This isn’t a diet. It’s a completely reasonable meal plan! A way of life #cleaneating#fuelyourbody#loveyourbody

Having less decisions to make around your nutrition and life frees up mental space for other things. This is especially helpful in those times of friction...when you get home from a long day at work and all you want to do is drink wine, order pizza and watch Netflix.

Ich bin momentan echt ein bisschen genervt, von dem mega Fitness- und Abnehmwahn, der hier auf Instagram herrscht. Jungen Mädls wird vorgelebt, dass man top trainiert sein muss, dass man jeden Tag ins Fitness Center oder eine Stunde laufen gehen soll und eine perfekte Figur haben muss. Dann diese ständigen Fitness-Bilder - Fuß angespannt und nach vorne, Hintern raus, Brust raus, Bauch einziehen... Hallo?? So sieht doch niemand in der Realität aus!!
Na klar sind Sport und eine ausgewogene Ernährung gesund und wichtig für den Körper und den Geist, aber daraus sollte kein Zwang entstehen oder ein Wettbewerb werden!! Ich persönlich finde Mädls mit ein paar Kurven viel schöner als Size Zero-Hungerhaken. Und ich bin froh, dass es auch "Influencer" und Blogger wie @tiaravanessaa oder @fashiioncarpet gibt, die wunderschöne weibliche Figuren haben und nicht vor Muskeln strotzen oder dünn wie ein Blatt Papier sind!
