I’m featuring the new machine we got. This machine is easy to load the weights on and makes your head stay at the neutral position with your spin. Dropping the head or resting it on the bench is a common mistake. #staggeredstance#hipthrust

Pretty basic leg session tonight. 10x10 @ 315lbs followed by a 10x3 complex (aka cardio) @ 135. I only rested about 45 seconds between sets to keep my heart rate up. Sidenote, I kinda like this little gym. #Viknforce 💪🏽

Decided to take a little break from instagram. It can be so easy to get rapped up in what everyone else is doing with their lives, when you have one of your own to live! .
Something about me- I have bad FOMO (look it up). I constantly look at everyone’s stories/posts and find myself sitting in my bed for HOURS on instagram, because I don’t want to miss out on anything! .
