Its warm and friendly people. Obviously also the Brazilian cuisine is extremely interesting, its gastronomy, and its distillates. 🍾
Few distillates fascinate me as much as cachaça (soon there´ll be much more on cachaças!), its cachaçerias and its mixology. What better then to share the passion and good vibes, the positivism and enthusiasm of one of the best bartenders in Brazil, maybe the best, sharing his story about his @GuilhotinaBar. 🇧🇷 I can´t wait to visit you down there and experience everything myself! while circuses were also taking off during this time, people were coming from several miles away to witness these traveling circuses🎪
there are a few theories, however the most stomach-churning one comes from Pete Conklin who, in 1857, while selling lemonade at the circus, ran out of water and grabbed a tub of dirty water in which a circus performer had just finished wringing out her pink tights😖🤫
he, then, immediately labeled his product "strawberry lemonade". kind of gross, actually, but i promise this recipe only involves real strawberries and lemonade😉

Ok so here is the challenge, can we completely abolish all individually wrapped sauces and condiments??? It is possible!!! Those little sachets of ketchup, mayo, sugar, etc are an environmental catastrophe. There are millions of them going into landfill waste every single day!! You find them in all coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, fast food shops..... The biggest disappointment for me is that they are completely UNNECESSARY there are so many other options and alternatives business owners can adopt to abolish these completely from our food service industry!!! To help this campaign get started I have created a short training video on my website, to show the easy alternatives that can be adopted, it’s totally free, you don’t have to enter your email address, just watch the video and apply the suggestions to your own business.
