Bife de saia com pesto de abacate e molho de milho grelhado é o jantar mais fresco de verão! É embalado com sabor e perfeito para uma multidão!
1 (2 libras) pedaço de bife de saia (cerca de 2 centímetros de espessura)
1/4 xícara de azeite
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar mascavo
4 dentes de alho picados
1/2 colher de chá de sal
1/2 colher de chá de pimenta
PESTO DE ABACATE
4 xícaras de manjericão fresco
1/2 xícara de queijo asiago
1/4 xícara de pinhão torrado
3 dentes de alho
1/2 a 3/4 xícara de azeite
1/4 colher de chá de sal
1/4 colher de chá de pimenta
1/4 colher de chá esmagado flocos de pimenta vermelha
SABOR DE MILHO GRELHADO
Milho doce de 3 orelhas, cortado da espiga

Music is one of the things that can really influence on ourselves.
It can makes us happy. It can makes us dance. It can makes us laugh and love.
Music is always a constant in our life. It’s there when we’re down. It’s there when we’re up. It’s even there when our heart is broken, like a beloved friend. That’s why music is so important to us, we can rely on it when we need it. But, did you know that music can do even more for you if you’re an athlete or currently exercising?
There are plenty of researches that shows how well music and exercising get along.
Here’s a list of reasons of why music should be part of your exercise routine: * It makes easy for you to do difficult exercises. * It helps combat fatigue. * It makes you feel like the workout is shorter and more exciting. * It can increase influence mood and improve energy efficiency, physical capacity.
However, do be mindful that music can also be a distraction, especially when * The exercise is complex and need concentration. * Performing a demanding skill. * Pushing your body limits. When you push yourself to hard, you need to be careful and “listen to your body”. Today there so many different types of music to listen to, even old songs have been given a new twist, remixed and remastered at higher RPM.
My favourites are the remixed 1970s to 1990s music of my time. I always need to hear the thumping beats of the songs to get my adrenaline pumping before and during the exercises.
On Itunes, you can get free downloads of many different genres, eras and types of workout music. Select your pick and as they say, get your body moving.
Music clearly improves your endurance and helps you develop your physical potential; but more important, it motivates you!

Tuesdays are my busiest days. I have class at 8am to 4pm, and my school is an hour away, then I have work at 5pm till 11pm which is 45 minutes away from my school!! So I woke up at 5 am to get an AMAZING workout in. Would I rather be sleeping? Yes. Who wouldn't?? But it's all about HOW BAD YOU WANT IT, and oh boy do I want it bad.
