Here's a little at-home 🍑booty🍑 circuit for those who can't make it to the gym. All you need is a high resistance band (optional but definitely adds a great burn) and a stepper or stairs. • Bulgarian Split Squats- 12-15 reps (per leg)
• Donkey Kick backs- 12-15 reps (per leg)
• Jumping Squats- 15 reps
• Hip Abductors- AMRAP
Do the above back to back for 5 rounds with 1-2 min break between each round and feel the 🍑🔥 For the Bulgarian Split Squats, extend your leg as forward as possible to target the Glutes more than the quads and push up through your heel.
Make sure you keep your glutes contracted through-out each exercise.

It’s really fucking easy to have a shit day and to then just let that shitness set into your default feeling and perception for a much longer period of time. For example, let’s take exams & revision - you may have had one of them days where everything feels a bit harder, you feel more inclined to stop, to have longer breaks, you feel more exhausted, blah blah. You then associate that with revising and so the next day, you feel the same way. You don’t allow yourself the chance to feel any different, because you’re constantly in this state of ‘i cba’, but it’s really fucking important to catch it and snap out of it & realise that it is just a temporary feeling and that whenever you’re doing a similar task, it isn’t always going to feel as fatiguing. Does that make sense?
Today has been one of them days today. But just persevered onwards, got it done & tomorrow is a new day! I’ve learnt from fucking myself over a few weeks ago & not challenging the way I’m thinking and feeling, and just being in this automatic default of ‘oh I am revising and therefore I am tired’ do ya know what I’m saying ??
