I remember asking my parents in 2nd year University if I could take some time off to go travel .... and they begged me to finish university. .
I was the first person EVER in my family to graduate from university. So that pressure was pretty big .... I finished university and I never did go travel. .
Instead I fell in love, got married, bought a house, got a dog, had kids and did pretty much what is “prescribed” by society .... but that travel bug never left me. I knew I wanted to go - I just didn’t know how. .
In the past 4 years as a coach, I have been to Brazil 2x, Mexico 3x, Hawaii, San Diego, Punta Cana, and all over 10 American States. AND THE BEST - this is JUST the beginning!
I’ve spent $160 on a lot of useless crap in my life - but the $160 I spent to START MY BUSINESS was the best money I EVER invested and the best YES I ever said!!!
I’m packing for my next adventure already and heading “home” to Mexico in 2 weeks. I’m excited to be warm again, walk the beach everyday but most importantly, I’m excited that I’ll still get to work my biz and help change lives even though I’m in a different country!!
Life is beautiful my friends .... and thank YOU for being part of my ride!! 🤗❤️

#wellnesswednesday ! When I was an obsessed marathon runner, I thought running allowed me to eat anything I wanted, and I could still be healthy. That was when most of us cared about counting calories. I couldn’t have been any more wrong.
You are what you eat. If what you consume becomes your flesh and bones, you want to make sensible choices.
There are so many different dietary recommendations out there these days, but whatever one you follow, it is important to fully educate yourself and believe in it.
What one or more good thing did you nourish your body with today?

❤ chicken meatloaf muffins..... These are one of my favorite meal prep. You can use ground turkey. I prefer chicken flavor better.
I pre heat these in my air fryer and then dip them in mustard for quick snack during the week. I ❤ mustard! So good!
One year, a cut, a 6 week reverse diet, and lots of pancakes and tacos.☺🤗
Sister, you are capable of great things, I promise.💞💪

#momof3 adonde? Quien lo pensaría? 😜
Yo te quiero ayudar a descubrirte de nuevo. Vamos a florecer juntas 💐 no sabe lo contenta que te vas a poner cuando veas tus resultados😎 vamos que esperas vamos a subir esa #autoestima

❤ my Monster.....my first love water.
I don't usually do energy drinks but this baby found a way into my heart. I don't do sodas at all or juices filled with sugar. But every once in awhile I want that fuzzy drink. This drink let's me know summer is almost here.
I will still get all my water in for the day when I have this treat. Nothing replaces water for me. 😁
"I don't want to." Are the words that echoed over and over in my brain this morning after a night with little sleep.
Even after putting on my workout clothes and lacing up my nikes.
"No one will know if I skip" came next. 🙈
Well, I'll know, and I'll regret it. And I'm pretty sure the ladies in my fitness community will know too....😬
So I started, and it was kind of ugly at first. .
The more I pushed myself the better I started to feel. And the better I started to feel, the harder I pushed myself.
Even now I need reminding that in those moments where the last thing I want to do is workout, the one thing I need more than anything is a workout!
But I don't think I would have persevered had it not been for the fitness community that I am accountable to. .
Community is everything. .
Maybe that's what you're missing. A community to motivate and inspire you, especially on the most difficult of days.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in, send me a DM or leave a comment. Let's do this together!
Happy #movemoremonday 💪 Today was leg day and it was KILLER!!! My shirt was perfect for how I was feeling afterwards and how I'll be feeling for the next 2 days🤣 But I gotta get these legs ready for shorts🥰 Remember summer bods are made BEFORE summer and it's not too late to get started now that way you can do it safely, and find a sustainable way too...not some crash diet, unsustainable, crazy trend you try and cram a couple weeks before you hit the beach or vacay and not understand why you cant stick to the plan or it didnt work. You didnt put the weight on overnight and sorry but its NOT gonna come off overnight. But if you put in the work, are realistic about what you can achieve you will get results. You got this!😘💕

GUYS!!! I booked this private with @rob_font because I KNEW I needed to face my insecurity and fears
☝🏻I knew my weaknesses would be majorly EXPOSED.
✌🏻I knew it was going to be the HARDEST workout I’ve ever done in my life
Pressure and discomfort have a BEAUTIFUL way of growing you if you place yourself in those scenarios. Here’s to more lessons Rob👊🏻 Thanks bro✌🏻

This morning was just nuts. I forgot to set my alarm....so I woke up with my kids. And I just felt behind all morning! It reminded me that I need my early mornings BEFORE the day starts. This is what I normally do....
Set my alarm for 5am, get up and make coffee, write out my goals for the day, read my devotional and personal development, work my business and then workout! I do all of that BEFORE my kids wake up! .
When I do all that, I seriously feel ready for the day! I feel like I accomplished something and I feel focused before my kids wake up and it’s just craziness! .
If you’ve never gotten up an hour or two before your kids, do it!! It’s such a game changer!! It just makes you feel ahead of your day, not behind! .
So even though today I was completely out of my routine, it just reminded me WHY I get up early every day. And I even snuck in my workout at lunchtime with my baby girl playing with my weights...never miss a Monday! 😜 Anyone else have anything you do to get ahead of your day?

It’s official! I will be spending some of my in person pelvic floor and core training time at my new home @bumpphysio!
I’m so grateful @laceyforsythpt has made me a part of the team, and recognizes the need for strength and conditioning as a tool for healing and maintaining pelvic floor health!
Yesterday was a major full circle moment as we hosted our company quarterly event in our hometown for the first time!!!! I was able to speak my heart to part of our team and hopefully every woman in that room left the event more connected, more inspired and with a strategy to crush their own dreams and goals.
Do you think 4 years ago I ever thought I’d have the opportunity to have this impact? No way Jose! I was a stressed out mom of 3 hiding under spanx and feeling horrible about myself and the way I was treating my body. I knew nothing about social media or how to run a business. Imagine if I had let fear win. Imagine if I had said no. If you don’t go after what you want in this live fiercely how do you ever expect to get it? Whether you need to take control of your health or you want to change your financial situation, I’m hear to show you step by step how making small changes can add up to big freaking things!!!! Drop a line or an emoji below and I’d love to chat with you and show you how!!! *individual coach success is based on own effort, diligence and skill.

❤ fish tacos.... There was three tacos on this plate but was so hungry and eat one before I remember I needed to take a picture, 😄. This was a easy lunch because fish was left over from dinner the night before. So grateful my kiddos like fish. Baked fish the night before then heated it in coconut oil for tacos.
Any dinner that makes left overs for lunch next day is a big plus for me. On this plate:
White corn tortillas
Sprinkle of cheese
I was a lonely mom. I know we’re not supposed to admit that, but it’s true. I felt like I was losing myself in diaper changes and target runs. I loved staying home with my son, but I felt like I was losing myself in the process. Anyone else?
That’s why my May boot camp is going to be all for moms! I’m looking for 20 women who can give me 3 weeks. 21 days of making yourself a priority! What will you get from me? Daily at-home workouts (that you do on your schedule), a custom meal plan with portion control guidance, a full nutrition course, daily superfood shake and access to my online boot camp! I want to give you all the tools to see results and feel like you again!
You might be wondering what working out has to do with feeling better as a mom? Everything! If you make yourself a priority, if you’re eating to fuel your body, if you’re drinking a nutrient packed shake (instead of snacking on gold fish), if you’re drinking enough water, if you’re surrounded by women who are cheering you on...you will feel amazing!! It truly saved me 6 years ago. I always talk about not pouring from an empty cup...and I’ve found if I take care of myself first, I feel better in all aspects of my life! .
Wanna grab a spot? Click the link in my bio, fill out the form and I’ll send you all the details!! This group will end right before Memorial Day so that you’ll go into summer feeling confident and ready for that swimsuit! Let’s do this together!

HECK YYYEEEAAAAHHHHHH!!! 😂👏🏼
I totally just made this all by myself 😂👏🏼 go me 😂👏🏼🙈
- #imadeitmyselfyouknow 😂😂
But it is true like...
You can pump up the muscles all you like?
But they will hibernate under the layer of fat!
Eating as clean as possible and HIIT training is also needed. (Or at least that’s what works for me anyways 🥰) to strip that belly fat! 💥
Well... I try to eat clean 😂😂 #sugaraddict -
I more than make up for it in training though 😂😂
For the last two weeks I've been tackling a second round of the cardio program Transform:20.
Today I completed the Commit phase, and it was as satisfying the second time around as it was originally.
I spent some time looking at my transformer numbers this week. Some of those numbers are higher in week 2 of Round 2, than they were the last week of Round 1!
I wasn't sure I was going to be able to improve on any of those numbers. Ever. I'm excited to see where I can push myself moving forward.
Next week I climb!

I remember the first time I smiled and laughed throughout an entire group fitness class. It was the first time I tried Zumba. In my years of participating in group fitness classes, I had never come across anything like it. I also realized in that moment that not once did I look at the clock waiting for the class to be over.
I decided to carry that feeling into all areas of my fitness. Now even in the hardest, most gruelling workout, I smile and tell myself ‘THAT WAS AWESOME!’. My clients think I’m nuts when I describe their workout as ‘fun’. But there really is something to be said about a smile and the power of positive words on the mind.
Whenever I can remember, in moments of classic motherhood stress, I try to smile. And somehow it makes the chaos just a little bit better.
Try smiling consistently today and see how it makes you feel.
Sometimes a bowl of cereal is all that sounds good for breakfast
This is not my favorite breakfast but it's good and super fast. If I do cereal (not very often) I stay away from the high sugar ones. It's not hard for me thank goodness. I only do in morings, never for late night snack.
This liitle bowl of raisin bran and fair life milk was about 420 calories with about 20 grams protein.
Do you like cereal and if so what's your favorite?
Little Saturday chat with Kris.....grab a cup of joe with me for this is a long one! 🤣
Jenny and I started We Believe Fitness because we are very passionate about health and fitness. (Like very! 😃) I have been an athlete since the young age of 8. I loved playing sports. The way my body felt but also how I had an amazing sports family. Sports helped me not only physically but mentally. It truly put me on a better path. 🔸️
I was able to put myself through college get a degree in applied health science. This lead me to become a personal trainer. For over ten years I helped change the lives of hundreds of people while at the same time it changed me, transformed me. 🔸️
Then one of the biggest transformation was having my kids. Momhood is not always easy specially now I am a divorcee. But I would do all it over again, ALL of it, for them. The last 8 years I put my career on hold for them. Now I have put my training shoes back on and ready to transform more lives with one if the greatest women I know, Jenny. 🔸️
One of the biggest goals Jenny and I want for We Believe Fitness is to show we are real women. We have struggles just like everyone. We see how social media can so help our business but also see how fake it is. 🔸️
We feel so awkward taking pictures of ourselves specially at the gym. We are usually behind the camera taking pictures of our kiddos. But we do it because we truly feel we can share our knowledge of fitness and help other. 🔸️
So we are stepping out of our comfort zone. Like a big step people! Taking a dream and doing our best to make it real. If you are like us follow us on our new journey. As the picture said we are not perfect but real. If you follow and then unfollow us after we follow you, we will know (got to love the apps these days).....😁 🔸️
My biggest advice is to love yourself 100%. Don't worry about a number. Be real and let people see the real you, imperfection and all. I have had many transformations and one of the bigger ones was learning to love myself, even the not so pretty parts. 🔸️
We can't wait to grow our REAL fitness family!
See Chris. Chris signed up for my very first Beginners Bootcamp ever (a year ago). She came in highly doubting it was going to be “Beginner enough” for her. I remember she even showed me her lousy attempt to do a lunge in hope that I would turn her away. Oh you of little faith! Little did she know I was SUPER 🤗 excited for her to see what she would soon be capable of, if she stuck with it. And she did! She’s still going at it. Let me just give you the rest of her story💥💥💥
Chris a YEAR ago🚶🏻♀️
👉🏻Just a month before signing up for bootcamp, she had been in ICU from her blood sugars being 600+
👉🏻She had debilitating back pain due to surgery and a large portion of her spine being fused together
👉🏻She couldn’t do 1 push-up or a lunge
👉🏻5# weights were too heavy for her to use initially
👉🏻She was doubtful and insecure😏
Chris TODAY (still in bootcamp)🏃🏻♀️
👉🏻35 pounds lighter
👉🏻TONS of inches shed, just after her first 8-week bootcamp, she had lost 17 inches total from all over her body. She needs to remeasure to see how many more have been lost
👉🏻Her blood sugars are totally in control and she’s working on decreasing meds
👉🏻Her back pain, for the first time since high school, has become tolerable instead of debilitating
👉🏻She now uses 20# weights
👉🏻She can now do 38 consecutive knee push-ups
👉🏻She now has confidence to walk into the gym
BEGINNERS BOOTCAMP sign-ups for next round are NOW. Who’s ready to fight themself and see what they’re made of? Give me a call (260-494-6213) or shoot me a message🗣
👉🏻8 week program (May 13th-July 5th)
👉🏻15 spots available
👉🏻Community of like-minded people
👉🏻Confidence and strength gained

This is me a few days before I started my health and fitness journey.
I was excited and ready to jump in with both feet, but there were doubts I harbored secretly in the deep recesses of my heart.
I had been down this road multiple times before and had always given up. I had finally gotten back into the groove, and I had another baby.
What if I couldn't do this again? What if I was too old? What if I failed...again?
What I didn't realize is that success is found in the journey, not the end result. Success is committing everyday to what you said you were going to do even if yesterday was a struggle.
Little by little I saw results. I lost weight and gained strength and flexibility.
Now, 15 months later, I'm still working. I have fallen in love with the process, and that is something I never thought I would say.
If you find yourself identifying with any of this, we need to talk! Whatever decade you find yourself in, it's never too late to get into the best shape of your life, and have a blast doing it!

I didn’t always like working out, I didn’t always enjoy running. It wasn’t until I committed to regularly moving my body, challenging its abilities, getting a daily taste of endorphins, that I realized how important it was. Not just for my physical shape, in fact it was supporting my mind and spirit first and the body morphed into what the exercise wanted for it.
Motherhood is hard. As a Mom of 3, I can understand the challenges of making time for yourself. I was in the same place 10 years ago. Feeling down, isolated by changes to my body following pregnancy and birth.
It took a lot of mental discipline to make a leap towards caring for myself and making myself a priority. But as time went on, positive changes happened in my mind and body. My kids were still fine. In fact they now enjoy exercise and realize it’s an important part of life.
Some days it may feel next to impossible to fit in time for exercise. Just get yourself to the start of the workout and the rest will flow.
This was my very very easy delicious breakfast with my fun coffee cup. Not the prettiest meal picture but it was soooooo good.
Zucchini hash made with parmesan cheese ❤🥰❤
2 over easy eggs
Banana with blueberries ❤
My collagen coffee ☕❤ This was such a filling meal and so easy. A win win for me.
Meal was about 350 calories with coffee it was about 475.
6 month progress. I never thought anyone would ever see my before picture so it’s awful. I thought I would give up, like I always did. But not this time. This time is different. Ready to work even harder! 💪 #momswholift#fitmom#fitmomover30
