The toughest bands out there. If you want to increase the intensity of your training these bands will definitely put a challenge in front of you.
They used to have this thing called the "Pepsi Challenge" where Pepsi would set up booths and blind test their product against Coke to see which one was better. .
We guarantee that if there was a blind test against our Mini Bands and another random mini band there woudk be no question which one was the strongest.
Stronger it's not always better though. In terms of your training you must select the resistance that is appropriate for your starting points in training your program and goals and your overall health. Using mini band that's too strong it's exactly like lifting a weight that is too strong and I might cause injury. So, use some common sense.

Physioing Lateral ankle sprains can be tedious and slow, but it’s important to start loading the joint and ligaments once the pain and swelling has become manageable.
Specifically, the AITFL can commonly be missed when treating a lateral ankle sprain, and is usually caused by excess Doris flexion (foot up) and external rotation (rotating away). Therefore, we need to load the joint in this Doris flexed position, and add rotation as tolerable- as seen in exercise 2. 🤷🏼♂️🔥
Dont get stuck on the T band and try this circuit if returning from a lateral ankle sprain.
Box squats - 4 reps
Static lunge rotations - 12 reps ES
Static lunge FF heel raise - 12 reps ES

I dieted pretty hard before going to LA last year and religiously counted calories and macros. I always have done but on and off as I thought it kept me accountable and it was something I was use to doing, logging food on MyFitnessPal on a daily basics.
BUT, just recently, I’ve moved away from tracking and started eating intuitively and not obsessing over macros and hitting calories 👌🏽feeling so much better for it with a much better relationship with food 💃🏼🙌🏽 I am 100% more aware of what I’m eating and know roughly the macronutrient information of foods just from tracking for so long but this approach has had me feeling more mindful of what I’m eating 🍽 tracking definitely consumed me for a while and there is a time and a place for it (especially if you’re new to training) but if you’re feeling the same and bored of logging your food all the time, just be more conscious of what you’re eating and you’ll feel better for it and wont become obsessive 🙅🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️ because who wants to be with a boring gal and live on broccoli and chicken feeling the need to give up social situations 🙅🏼♀️
Make good choices 80% of the time and enjoy yourself the other 20%... you’ll still be in a deficit and loose body fat whilst enjoying yourself 🥳

~~~ emotional post alert. As graduation comes up in less than two weeks, I’ve been forced for the first time in a while to reflect on my time at osu and as a college student. The last three years have been some of the best of my life, but my sophomore year here was so so dark. I didn’t really realize it at the time, but looking back I was definitely dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression. It pains me to remember hating being alive back then - and how differently I feel now. Anyways, I’m here to say that if you had less than ideal moments in college, I’m here for you. So something I always wanted to tell u people.. Here is my weight loss journey
It was really difficult for me make up my mind that I need to do something about my increasing weight.. I walked into the gym and checked my weight. It was 82 kgs..i enrolled and kept telling my self that I can do it. A month went by.. I see no changes The second month. I see a change ..4kgs down.. This is what motivated me... Months went by.. After exactly 4months..my weight came to a stand still and wasn't dropping.. It remained 76 .I was getting mad at my self.. I spoke to .@rekharajput.rr@firstname.lastname@example.org@sureshswami@suresh They said just keep the diet and work out on and focus u will see the results .And today after 7 months of hard work and dedication to eat healthy and also have one cheat day a week.. Here's to where I am today.
