Gooooooooddddddd moooooornnning! It's a cold, snowy and rainy day today! Going to be hitting the gym a little late today because my hubby had an appointment that I forgot about but when he gets back, I'll be ready to go. My legs are soooooo sore from yesterday! I've kind of missed that pain. :p
This is great advice for that post-workout pain. Just a reminder to set your goals and follow them!
Today was Compounds and Glutes (legs, basically). Tomorrow is arms and chest. Wednesday is legs again. Thursday is back and chest, Friday is cardio and abs. But now I'm tired and winding down for bed. :p

Some more PRs from last week, 250 squat, (@bradburris with the filming) 190 incline bench, and a 265 deadlift that was unable to get recorded. Ever since I paused my cut in January, my strength has been increasing steadily, something I'm thrilled with as I've only been eating at maintenance. I was planning on starting the cut again this week, but since I've been loving the gains, @jwilkinson_ decided that a very slow lean bulk is what I really need instead.
