INTROVERTS! This is for you and your business your running.
As an introvert, it’s easy to have a bad case of FOMO after seeing beautiful photos from an in-person event you were dying to go to…One of the best ways to start a conversation is with a genuine compliment. If I noticed someone’s handcrafted earrings or their bright colored pumps, I’ll use that as an ice breaker and ask them more questions about themselves.
The more interest you show in other people, the more interest you’ll get back. You never know if the person you’re talking to was secretly hoping that someone would talk to them, too.
Don’t be afraid to start the conversation and go to networking events without a partner in crime! Then you can spend your time meeting new people (which is the whole point!) and making a stronger connection without having to worry about someone else. You can be your own wingwoman!
I LOVE being a business mentor - my days are spent supporting clients, engaging with my audience, and sharing loads of really useful content over @myhighvibesociety 😍
For the first time in my life I’m standing confidently in my light, and vibrating so powerfully in my zone of genius it’s actually euphoric!
Sounds great right! That’s ‘cause it is. Yay! 🎊
I've unlocked the power of passive income, and my business is built on systems and strategies that include one-to-one AND one-to-many.
I use automated systems topped off by an authentic sales approach that converts without me ever having to sell.
I can now spend my time doing what I love – which happens to include dipping my toes in the ocean beneath a beautiful blue sky!
So many of us start businesses doing what we love, but without the business, marketing and mindset strategies to back us up, we can lose faith, lose focus, and lose confidence – and when that happens it’s a very steep climb back to the top.
I hate seeing the dreams of my fellow entrepreneurial-spirits end this way, so I’ve lovingly created an end-to-end system that will guide you step-by-step from idea through to launch in 12 weeks.
The Activate Programme comes with no magical six-figure-promise – it’s practical, solid business, marketing and mindset strategies topped off with an authentic, automated sales system.
If this sounds like just the thing you’ve been searching for, pop over to book a free call with me and let's chat through your business to see if Activate is right for you.
Life is lived for a very limited time, and one third of that time is spent in rest and sleep. It becomes extremely difficult to manage what is left and often times what is left isn't enough for people to do what they want or need to do before they pass on. This is what drove my life to where it is now.
Before I got into the outdoor activities and lifestyle as a whole, I was the typical introvert. I was the type who didn't like to try new things. I never thought to go outside and chase the wind through the trees and stars. I was not even the type to seek adventures outside of my computer screens, cellphones, and art supplies. I was fine with simply sitting in my comfort zone and doing what I love.
I love the arts. I would spend months indoors just working and painting my pieces. I would take breaks by making music and singing if I got tired. I didn't really feel like I wanted to or needed to leave the house.
Then I decided to try getting out of my comfort zone. I woke up wondering what would happen if I were to push myself. I wanted to know what my body could really do. I started to get curious about mountain climbing and other outdoor activities.
I became conscious of my body and its need for physical activities. I engaged in running and found my love for climbing mountains. There was just a certain thrill to it. There was an excitement, a flame, that lit up into a full blown fire, every time I reached that peak or pushed myself just one more kilometer further than I did before.
My ambition really just came out naturally. It became more of a passion and a love for what makes me feel good and new. It is a strong desire, when you truly engage in these actuivities, where you want to achieve something for yourself. That fire inside kept growing, to the point of burning your mark into the halls of time, saying that you were able to do this, that this is what you are capable of. This excuse really annoys me.
A common excuse people use when it comes to doing things, is that they don’t have the time. A lot of people spend their time watching TV, surfing the Internet, basically we don’t lack time - we tend to focus on things that are distractions. A lot of people spend 2 - 3 hours a day watching TV and surfing the Internet. I dare say this: TV is for broke people.
TV sucks up so much time from a normal household, if you took 2 hours of TV a day and multiplied it by 30 years - then multiplied that by the minimum wage, you’d get maybe $100,000. Maybe half a million if you invested it. That’s half a million in lost revenue.
What about time? That’s time you could have spent doing something meaningful, whether it’s spending time with family or engaging in meaningful conversation.
If you want to spend 5 hours a day watching TV, fine - do you. But don’t complain when you don’t get the results you want to achieve. Don’t give the reason “I don’t have enough time” if you’re engaging in a time sink.
You never lack time, you just need a more compelling reason to act.
