Another sneak peek at one of the designs we're offering Kickstarter backers on May 7th. All of our designs incorporate reflective qualities to keep you safer. We're telling you, this is going to be killer!
Wrapping up an edit this week on a project that I think has the power to change lives. The subject of the piece @hunter.huntress was willing to share what’s she’s learned and overcome from a life that almost drug her under. Women are strong people and this ones got a bonfire in her belly! Excited to show it to you all soon. @pranalens@trinona@sglinsmann
Data should not be the driver, but it shouldn't be overlooked either. In @robson.lindberg's case, it's about finding out what the aftermath of his #TBI is and how it plays out while he exercises. What he feels can't always be measured. But with the well trained eye of @enduretraining they've together managed to identify a few issues. They did 3 minute tests at 10,12 and 15km/h with the @runscribe pods. 1. His subjective feeling and some strength tests indicate that his right side is weaker. That can explain why the impact of the right foot hitting the ground is higher (ca 3Gs) than on his left side. This evens out slightly when the speed is increased. However, it can be a hip issue long term. 2. His cadence is below 180 steps/min. This needs to and should be higher, so they've started working on increasing it from 172. Robson listens to music while he runs and one quick fix could be to just listen to music with a beat of 180+/min. 3. His solid mid foot strike is a good thing and not something they don't aim to change. The @te3mobility 13M mobility test showed a tight posterior chain. That's an issue, but more about that in another post.
Soo excited to train OUTSIDE and be able to wear shorts again! It feels like winters get longer and longer, but that delayed gratification and deep appreciation for the nice weather is 💯 #worthit -
Today’s gym workout was a full body workout. It’s pretty quick and efficient since I’m doing a lot more endurance training throughout the week now. My two full body days are split into an Upper Body Focus and Lower Body Focus using the prioritization principle and putting the muscle group I’m really focusing on FIRST in the workout. Today’s workout looked like this ⬇️
1️⃣Incline Bench Press
2️⃣Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
4️⃣One Arm Kettlebell Row
6️⃣Leg extensions superset with lying hamstring curls
7️⃣Dumbbell Lateral Raises superset with seared Bent Over Rear Delt Flys
