Hi I'm still alive but I've just been in recharge mode and grinding on the outside of the social media realm. Learning new skills, obtaining huge business goals, creating new habits, etc. My life has been this beautiful, breathtaking battle throughout the last year and I wouldn't trade any high or low for the world. I am so incredibly grateful for making it a priority to remind myself how ferocious I am, how hard working I am, how worthy I am, and how I've always been enough as I encounter mini mountains. Please show yourself this love today. I know it can be a bit odd at first, but writing I AM statements is game changing. Through my Arbonne business, I listen to others' self limitations on a daily basis. IT KILLS ME!!! Your life is not meant to be lived only 50% of your potential. Go above and beyond!! Take that leap of faith! Trust what you can't quite see. Do whatever the heck scares you to death but you want so desperately! No one is more worthy of a certain goal/lifestyle/dream than you, so please stop making up excuses as to why someone is happy/successful/thriving the way you wish you were and you're not. You are capable of great things! Ps you may not think your bad ass or good enough, but I do, so let me fill your cup a little and get movin' baby😍! You got dreams to go after👊🏼

Woke up on Tuesday with a pinchy hip, which has gotten worse over the last couple days (wearing heels hasn’t helped the situation). I decided to try to loosen it up at the gym this afternoon- 4 Easy km on the treadmill, followed by some hip opening stretches and foam rolling. It seems to have helped, so I’m going to do a little more rolling tonight. Hoping I’m okay for #runyourlungsout tomorrow night!

It was such a beautiful afternoon and I felt so lucky to be able to fit 2 quick miles in!! I mean not super quick but my quickest miles in a long time so I’ll take it. How about that @brooksrunning hat that I got in my @mercurymile box? I wasn’t sure I would like a hat but it was so awesome not having to put contacts in. 💜
2 years ago a 2 miles run wouldn’t be such a big deal. But so much has changed in that time. I took over more responsibility on the farm. We now have 2 kids. When you think about that it’s amazing I can fit in a run at all 😂 I’ve been feeling really down lately and I’ve been in a rut. It’s amazing what a simple 2 miles run can do for my attitude. I’m a better, more patient mom for starters. 💜
